Media, technology, and quality assurance professional Justin Zarian is a Test Associate at Lionbridge Technologies. He has worked for the company since 2020 on two non-consecutive tenures after taking a hiatus to pursue teaching in 2022. His primary responsibilities include performing functional testing on gameplay, visuals, sound, and other gaming components. Most of Justin Zarian’s tasks at work are interactive, which can include task delegation to other testers, directly responding to client feedback, and client-facing meetings to align requirements and deliverables.
Mr. Zarian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts Studies, with a focus on film, from Brigham Young University. During his tenure from 2008 to 2015, he served as a teaching assistant, receiving various recognitions including the Media Arts department's Teaching Assistant/Employee of the Year award in 2015. He later joined Syracuse University for a Master of Arts in Media Studies from 2016 to 2018, and a Master's in Teaching in Secondary Education English from Boise State University. In line with his work, Justin has volunteered in several media networks focusing on various components of entertainment, where he headlined, hosted, edited, and produced podcasts. He also conducted interviews with industry experts and notable persons from the film industry.
